Road Rage Shooting - Update

A few more facts have surfaced during the intervening time - then and now.

DeWayne Pittman, the alleged shooter, has been arrested and charged with felonious assault. We'll see what shakes out at trial.

Jesse (NLN, NMI), alleged harmless, inoffensive, law abiding victim and professional faggot, denies brake checking but admits to blocking DeWayne Pittman's way. During a TV interview Jesse admitted to trying to call his husband, but the man refused to answer his phone.

Now isn't that just like a man? Something happens, and Jesse needs him to hold his hand, and he's not available. He must be at work or something. I hate faggots in general, but two men married to each other make me sick to my stomach, and this alleged couple have a daughter.

From the scandal sheet: "He slowed down, I heard a loud noise, and that was him shooting into my truck," Jesse said. "He tried to keep getting in front of me, and I didn’t want to let him in front—just because I didn’t want him being able to stop me and keep shooting,” Jesse recalled. “While I was trying to get away from him, I was on the phone with 911.”

A 911 caller who claimed to witness the incident said there was brake-checking.

Reading between the lines and from what most readers of this incredible hound know about human nature, DeWayne wanted to pass, but Jesse didn't want him to, so Jesse blocked him. DeWayne fell back, cut to the rightmost lane, passed, cut back to the hammer lane and dropped back even with Jesse. Then put some lead in the air.
