Opal Covey gets her direction via telepathic communication with the planet Zg, which has also given her special powers. Just what will happen now that the election is behind us remains to be seen, although I'd like to know just what Opal will do to the gravel pit that passes itself off as a Midwestern metropolis to make it any worse than it is now.
