From CNS News: 'Student' on 'Alien Removal' List Charged With Raping 14-Year-Old Girl in High School Bathroom
Henry Sanchez-Milian, 18, a Guatemalan citizen who is on an "alien removal case" list, and Jose Montano, 17, who came to America from El Salvador eight months ago, were charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sexual offense on Friday for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl, on Thursday, at the Rockville High School in Maryland. According to the Montgomery County Police report, the young girl allegedly was brutally raped and sodomized by both of the suspects.Commercial news media continues the story and includes the victim's graphic description of the crime, which in my own not-so-humble opinion is a violation of her privacy and completely unnecessary.
Think about this for a minute, especially the guys reading this. Two men twice your size grab and subdue you, force you into a private location where your shouts for help will go unnoticed, then beat and torture you until you submit to being raped in as many ways as two violent psychotic, sadistic, alleged perpetrators can imagine. They leave you alive.
Yeah, I know. Big mistake, right? Before you wreck vengeance on them and their families you have to get yourself together and heal up, both physically and mentally, to the point where you can care for yourself on a daily basis. That's much harder than you think it is.
Now imagine that you're a 14 year old girl, and that you considered one of the attackers your friend.
Although the victim's name wasn't published, it's not going to remain a secret around a high school for very long. We all remember how things work in high school, right? So even if this poor girl has a few friends that want to help her, they won't know how. Nothing in their life has prepared them for an event like this one.
The truly tragic part is that these two pieces of scum should never have been in the United States in the first place, let alone in school. Evidently the school system doesn't screen out undesirables like Sanchez-Milian and Montano, probably because that might be seen as discrimination.
Again from CNS News:
On Friday, the principal of the Rockville High School, Billie-Jean Benson, issued the following letter to parents:So their staff remains vigilant. I think their staff should be increasing their vigilance given the recent attack, because clearly whatever the hell the staff was doing prior to this wasn't working. Then Benson couches her message in smarmy corporate weasel speech: "...remind your child that if they believe they are a victim of an assault..."
"Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming learning environment for all of our students is our top priority. Our staff remains vigilant in the monitoring of our school each and every day. Please remind your child that if they believe they are a victim of an assault or see something inappropriate, they should immediately tell a staff member."
Believe? Believe? Are you fucking serious? Ask a 14 year old girl if she believes she was a victim, and her father will tell you that there isn't any believe to it; she was raped by two violent thugs, and the school didn't do a damned thing to make sure an attack like that never happened.
These two attackers should never have been left alone without supervision. Check this out.
From the Washington Post: Two Rockville High students arrested for allegedly raping classmate at school
Police arrested two ninth-graders, Henry E. Sanchez, 18, and Jose O. Montano, 17, who appeared in court Friday and were ordered held without bond.Students in the ninth grade are typically 14 and 15 years old. These two were old enough to be in 12th grade, but they were put in the 9th. Why do you suppose that is?
Anyone coming in to a new school who is three years behind should automatically be labeled a discipline problem along with probable mental deficiencies. That's right - labeled. If it turns out the label doesn't fit, it will be real obvious in a few weeks and the situation can be corrected. If not, the local security will be right there before an attack can take place, and can deliver a lesson in acceptable civil behavior before the problem attends his next class.
I blame the perpetrators for this. Secondly, I blame their parents, all of whom know what their children are like, having raised them. Thirdly, I blame the school. The school is supposed to provide a safe environment conducive to learning, and some do. This one doesn't, and I hope the 14 year old girl's parents sue the school, and sue the individual members of the administration. I hope they win, and I hope the awarded damages leaves a welt that lasts 25 years.
